This list is manually generated. There is no way to get all of the HAMAP links through a single search.
- note that there is a single number to search for any Mtu complex protein, so use "taxonomy:77643" for that
- 'plain Mtu' (Sanger genome) (complete in v.24 2009-Dec-15, 40% reviewed): MYCTU (ambigous) sequences, taxonomy #1773
- according to the taxonomy page, the Sanger genome includes the strains ATCC 25618 / H37Rv, ATCC 35801 / TMC 107 / Erdman, Erdmann, An03, CDC 1551 / Oshkosh, Canetti, Isolate 50410, and Mt103
- this is the parent taxonomy number, so searching for it using "organism:1773" will give you the Sanger proteome but you can expand the search to all Mtu (except bovis) sequences by using "taxonomy:1773"
- note, however, that both CDC 1551 and Erdman have also separate taxonomy numbers!

Are there other strains of Mtu in UniProt we should be aware of?
So, it looks that the only complete proteome that has also gotten some review is the H37Ra strain (MYCTA). Strain F11 is reviewed but incomplete, and strain MDR is complete but unreviewed. Also, there is no way to search for Sanger sequences, as the taxonomy number is the general Mtu one. Do you disagree?
Minor addition: there are also less than 100 sequences of strain H37Rv and of subsp. tuberculosis.
