Multiple sequence alignment

Multiple sequence alignments, or MSAs, are alignments of more than two sequences. Often achieved with tools like ClustalW, TCoffee, MUSCLE.

There are several different formats that are supported by BioPerl, all of which are parsed with the Bio::AlignIO system.
